On May 30, a working meeting was held within the framework of the SmartPL project with the participation of:
– Prof. Vitaliy Kobets, Doctor of Economics, Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering Department, Kherson State University
– Mykola Kozlenko, Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technology, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the development of feedback for different levels and comprehensive tests for assessing the professional competencies of data analysts aligned with modern ICT and market demands. The tests are intended for students pursuing studies in data analytics and machine learning models aligned with Essential skills and competencies by ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications, and Occupations). The SmartPL platform supports the assessment of the following key competencies:
– Big data analysis
– Application of statistical analysis methods
– ICT data collection and integration
– Defining data quality criteria and implementing cleaning processes
– Data normalization, interpretation, and management
– Analytical calculations and data processing methods
– Working with databases and data samples
– Performing data analysis and data interpretation
