Teaching staff of the Department of Information Technology attended When Data Meets Engineering meetup hosted by IT-company VITech.
There were two presentations: Introduction to Data Science and toolset for your ML pipeline by Dmytro Spodarets, Head of R&D at VITech and Data-Driven Test Strategy by Anton Nazaruk, СТО at VITech.
During the meeting, real healthcare product cases were discussed, Big Data, Data Science, data analytics development were analyzed and questions such as when, why and how to analyze the data were answered. Also some issues, like how to control the quality of your data and how to turn it into effective business support solutions were discussed.
